IMO it would seem FML have failed to meet the minimum expenditure obligations
that are required when acquiring tenements and the gentlemen named
(private prospectors !)have seen an opportunity to make their own applications
for these same tenements.
These gentlemen are saying FML needs to forfeit these tenements for that reason.
NB-I prev. forecast (refer my earlier FML posts)that dealing with these people
would eventually turn out to be messy and prolonged.
It didn't take a Rhodes scholar to make that forecast.AXF similarly are long o/due
with reports.
