I think you may be mixing up wastewater plants vs Aspiral units.
Instead focus on $45 million USD = 66,000 m3/d.
The S1 units at 75 m3/d throw things out a bit, for for a general idea:
If you average out 66,000 m3/d by 200 m3/d installs you get 330 installs at individual sites.
The agreement anticipated 80 plants in the first 18 months, out of approx 330 installs over the 3 years.
So (using those metrics) initially Fluence and iTEST were anticipating to be about 25% of contracted value (approx 16,000 m3/d) in the first 18 months of the contract, or around $11 mill USD over the first 18 months.
We have now seen contracts for 75 Aspiral units, but they represent less installed sites.
December's orders had 35 Aspiral units for 13 sites.
Today's 40 Aspiral units could represent around 15-20 sites.
So we may be around 30 sites out of the 80 (18 month target) once these are installed.
Approximately 30 sites out of the approx 330 minimum installs over 3 years to reach the $45 million USD contract value.
