The biggest takeaway from this announcement was that ITEST have verified the performance of both L4 and S1 containers, during some cold weather periods and high loads if installed prior to CNY. We will now have been accepted as a long term verified equipment supplier and the likelihood of the full $45 million contractual value and 66,000 m3/d of treatment being installed is now much higher.
This order once completed, will bring supply to approximately 7000 m3/d of the 66,000 m3/d contract.

This will solidify the resolve to replicate this at other provincial highway systems, both for Fluence sales teams, as well as for iTEST to sell into their partnerships. This also increases the likelihood of in future selling into rural Hubei, as we will over the next 2.5 years have these reference points distributed every 50 km across the province, with 4 sizes of installs at 75 m3/d (S1), 200 m3/d (L4x2), 400 m3/d (L4x4), and 600 m3/d (L4x6).
This will also strengthen the Fluence mantra of decentralisation is best, and they will try to replicate this across other countries.
