I still don’t know how they manage to generate so much money.

I have gone to use flight centre twice over the last year and on both occasions their prices were so much more than what I could arrange the flights, car and accommodation myself (all using the same airline and staying at the same hotel)

I thought they had access to wholesale prices for both flights and accommodation to offer discounts to their customers????

Then they wanted to charge me $149 per person ($900) to check my passport details whilst also provided me with a discount on an insurance excess in the event I needed to make a claim.

Not to mention these quotes only arrived after I had to make contact with them again because 5 days had passed before they gave me any feedback.

But they seem to do fine. FLT along with webjet (another killer profit today)
