Anyone who knows how to use HotCopper (or any forum for that matter) is probably not their target clientele.
I’ve changed my sentiment from hold + held to buy + held. They have certainly turned around since I bought them 2 years ago. Should have put a lot more down when they dipped under $30 but still an excellent result for my portfolio!
I’ve looked at travel industry as a whole - it’s only going to go more bananas from now on. Every teen, 20-something and 30-something are talking about travelling the world ... seeing the sights and sounds ... taking a break to travel, take a holiday, go on a ski trip, go on exotic vacations, learn about other cultures, exchange programs abroad, living and breathing other languages and cultures.
Who cares about education, job, marriage and kids? Those can wait.. the dream for millenials (our future big spenders) is to travel, travel, travel! Macro tailwind for travel will continue for decades to come. FLT is one of many who will prosper in this industry (alongside CTD, WEB, VAH, QAN if they all control costs as well as they have been),
