FLT share price has failed the recovery break out multiple times now since the massive fall, so likely some conservative selling going on as it exploded higher on the news.
I am expecting that this will be the successful attempt and expect to see some reality priced back into this business.
Looking at the chart it really is a traders worst nightmare - on multiple time frames. You've got a big down trend for the long term guys, failed support at 32 for the medium term/reversal players and as mentioned previously - a bunch of failed BO attempts for the short term guys.
For my own disclosure: I have been adding investment parcels at ~$32 since December and also took a trading position today.
