Todd could not form a new entity, what about BBIG, FMS is core to BBIG, if Todd declare bankruptcy and form a new entity, they will commit a criminal offence. Now everyone knows BBIG $6 bn project, and signed all the contract with state gov and Chinese. Unless Todd want to loss all.
