Your comment "As evidenced by the recent voting at the AGM, Warburton and Coates know they do not have the support of any shareholders except for Todd" as absolutely correct.

The facts are that atthe 2018 FMS AGM the re-election of Director Mr. Neil Warburton was 98.925%supported by TIO and only 1.074% by minority shareholders.  At that AGM the election of Director MsShannon Coats was 98.921% supported by TIO and only 1.078% by minorityshareholders.  Mr. Warburton and Ms Coatsclaim to be “independent” but have virtually NO support from minorityshareholders.  These percentages arecorrect and cannot be disputed.  I can verify them if required.
