No deal between FMS board and OCJ is my opinion.
Ordinary resolution should be changed to extraordinary as majority SH controls board and other reasons not for disclosure at this time.
Unfortunately, the decision to go with "the lesser amount" will see no option but to fight this for many SHs in my opinion.
It is both interesting and unfortunate in my opinion, that what takes a lifetime to build in terms of reputation and legacy, could be undone so easily. There are still great family enterprises out that whose foundations and values have stayed consistent.
This will be seen ny this big end of town for exactly what it is.
