I just looked at your posted article. Thank you. Makes for an interesting dilemma in my opinion as one of the FMS Board's has given its minority shareholders misleading information - either the present Board or the previous Board. Hard to know about the present Board because any source person will be satisfied to see that minority shareholders were not exaggerating when they complained of a lack of information.

The previous FMS Board members kept the minority shareholders informed and if called upon, may well end up a friend of minority shareholders if/when asked to stand by their previous positive comments to shareholders - especially as it is all in black and white. Interesting.

Again, my opinion only; and this is the function of a Forum to express opinions.
