It is important that any submissions to ASX, demanding that ASX refuse to delist FMS, refer to the ASX Guidelines as shown by Dorsal, and below.
ASX will not consider arguments of a general nature, when the assess whether to provide FMS with the Formal Approval to delist.
So all those matters, issues, complaints addressed in the FMS threads, need to be referenced to provisions in those Guidelines.
Every shareholder should write to ASX. Strength in numbers.
If you have already sent in a submission, then I suggest you re-do it and reference it to the specific provisions in the ASX Guidelines.
