FMS independent director's pay is $1000.00 per week, should be removed to pay to finish BFS, TIO waste a lot of money, Tio caused all the reasons to de-list FMS. Go to Court, make our voices stronger. Stop TIO use loan facilities to gain share of FMS to expenses on minority shareholders.
