Hi,
I don't get it , the airlines put out a fare which is lower than what they offer FLT.
FLT say offer us the same price or we will not sell your product.
And that costs a company not only $11 mill plus lawyer costs but also get a headline of Price fixing.
Seriously outrageous finding considering on appeal the full bench found in FLT favour but now do a reversal.
