Great result for shareholders, management proved again they think of the bigger picture. This transaction guarantees DVI won't need to raise any more funds for BYOJET (if they need more funds) and removes the uncertainty over "What are we going to get for BYOJET?"
They now have a cash generating asset like IBN and no overhang of a potential capital raise. Well done.
