@brendankok I don't want to put a hex on things, but it has been 2 months since FRX's 4C query reply and the dreaded CR has not (yet) eventuated.

Unfortunately, @flexiroam provided us with no CR guidance in the recent investor 'update', so we have to watch download numbers, and wait for the next 4C (assuming we don't get hit with the CR 1st!)

I was cautiously optimistic that you were right and that we would be CFP this quarter, and with each day that ticks by my confidence grows, but if that were the case, surely we would be seeing that confidence reflected in the SP post end of the FY?

Better yet, wouldn't @flexiroam come out and say based on unaudited record revenue for X during the quarter, the continued success of our partner program and signing 3 groundbreaking distribution agreements totalling >$500k we would like to advise shareholders that immediate funding requirements will be met without additional capital injections?

I remain skeptical until I hear otherwise. I'll project $1.5m/$1.7m in cash in/out for the quarter, leaving us $600k and continued strength in the Appstore rankings.
