Since you've mentioned of the 10MB charging block in our previous T&C, I'd guess you probably accessed our service during the Beta Testing Phase, because that was the only period such a term was applicable. This however has since been changed. At the moment, there is nothing like hourly or minimum block charging with Flexiroam X. We charge users for only what they consume.

Reiterating an earlier answer I gave, the X App dashboard displays Data balance in GB, rounded off to 2 decimal places. Eventhough it is may display a 0.01GB deduction from your account, it doesnt mean you have actually used up all 10MB. It is just an indication that you are within the first 10MB usage. The indicator will not change until your actual usage exceeds 10MB, then it will move to the next bracket of 0.01GB.
