I'm really sorry for the login issue you earlier had. I'm glad you finally got through. Amidst this, our developers are already looking into the possibility of such rare occurrences.

While in Australia, you can access Flexiroam X 4G speed when you select Optus. Since you got 3G speed, I'm guessing you may have been roaming on either Telstra or Vodafone.

On the "10MB per hours minimum charge" claim, I wish to make a quick correction that Flexiroam charges users nothing more than the data they use, hence no block charge of 10MB. The dashboard displays Data balance in GB, rounded off to 2 decimal places. This is probably the reason for not being able to view the exact number data credit (in KB or MB) deducted at any point in time.

To ensure that our users have the widest network coverage, we work with about 580 network partners worldwide. Our uniqueness here is our ability to maintain a seamless asset-light model, with no compromise on our network coverage.
