I read the AFR article yesterday, and felt the new CEO is a bit light for this role. He has very little mortgage industry experience, and will find it hard to move out of the tall shaddows cast by the exiting CEO IMO.

The repayment of debt is definately on their to do list. You can only keep growing revenue by making acquisitions for so long....before you run into trouble IMO.

I have met Tony Wales a few times, and found him to be a very astute business man, but more importantly, he is a lovely man.

I dont think they have it all sorted yet and hence still expect some further weakness in the SP. I will continue to watch from the sidelines for the time being.
