doesn't 'TM' or 'R' label signify that you own the intellectual property of the product that you are selling rather than the branding/packaging.
As far as I know re-sellers may re-brand but are not allowed to 'TM' someone else's intellectual property. For example if Varm put an 'R' or 'TM' on their tubes then would have to sell empty tubes IMO.
I am happy to be corrected by anyone who has nothing else to do with their lives but delve further.
