With 85.35 % of shareholders agreeing to the takeover I wonder when the directors will sign off on this as opposed to "intending and recommending". By then I would have thought we would be over 90% acceptance so that this can move forward .
Emailed my acceptance last night , an announcement must be imminent,certainly week ending would seem reasonable.
