    Hey Bev,
    correct me if I am wrong here, but wasn't the effective date (not closing date) 31 Dec 2016? If so, doesn't that make the Revenue from oil sales from the acquisition $101,359 from 6 months of production from IOG wells? Net Revenue (so after royalties paid but before all COGS and G&A and interest).

    Net Earnings is what matters.
