I agree Mogga, the QLD Gov appear to be going hammer and tong against LNC. Politically I don't think they may find it advantageous unless all the T's are Crossed, I's are dotted for cnx. At this point that may include double checking and randomly confirming test results. We definitely have a heavy sea anchor at the moment imo.
CNX has jumped through every test to date.
I don't come into the Site all that often these days. I am simply awaiting an approval, that is obviously taking longer than we wish.
