The background of some board members is uranium. So this is the China concern from recent history. CNX say they can do this (clarify the advantage easily). Will they be given the chance? I'm hoping the CSIRO card will get us over the line
Once over the line the Incitec card will be very useful

At the moment we aren't playing with a full deck until the Govt comes to the table
