71, imo, the DEHP have jumped on the chance to do testing, they are throwing a lot at LNC and on the off chance they can find anything wrong here, they'd want to look. I think they'll come up empty handed.
Temple as far as I know it is not farming country and there is not much of anything nearby.
Should, the QLD Gov come up empty against LNC then I would like to see a Royal Commission into their actions. Also keeping in mind the list of ex-public servants that work for CGS that LNC brought to attention and pretty sure was published in the Courier Mail or similar. But that would be whether or not there has been any shenanigans going on or all is above board.
I don't know how long the LNC matter will take but I imagine well into next year.
As I've said before, I really think CNX need to find another iron to throw on the fire elsewhere whilst we wait. Or some action to push the Qld Gov along.
