    So remind me again why we had to merged and who is going to benefit the most here?

    Seems to me that the BPT price is being propped up somewhat and without this merger its shares would have been lower.

    Merry Christmas to all the DLS faithful. Let's just hope that BPT is half as good a company for the new year.
