I remember reading that too and can imagine they might have had a few deals in place for the roll out, but you would think that there are 1001 strata’s for which this would appeal so That explanation doesn’t exactly pass the sniff test. I can’t imagine there would be any shortage of low hanging fruit for the next few years in qld alone let alone nsw expansion...
