I would be able to buy 15 m shares at those levels but what would that achieve ? Probably nothing. The shares placed to buy, whether real or not doesn't matter, haven't got any effect on the sp unless placed to execute a real buy. 3 months to the next 4C, maybe a chance of announcing the debt facility before that, but that's it. Therefore the impatient move out, the smart patient money moves in at lower levels. At some stage the process will be reversed, when?, I won't predict anything anymore.
