decent ann and steini is right, we all knew this day was coming.
this is an annuity business with income contracted for 5-7 years, so very easy to forecast out. you can basically increase NP by ~$300k per quarter which i think is fairly conservative one these one-off costs stop.
so fast forward 4 quarters from now when we will be spitting out Net profit of around $1.2m per quarter which equates to $5m per annum, apply a 30 x multiple to that and we are at 6.6c
