Maxter, agree things are certainly hitting up..
In regards to the sellers motives many reasons.
For one, on a personal level, have been buying in PTX and will continue to at the expense of my other holdings.
Not that those particular holdings are not maturing, but more that this on is maturing more IMO.
Of course, others may have their own reasons, but for me , great time to continue accumulating..
