Perhaps it is... by this I mean the source. I will not get a chance to check this for a few days BUT it is administered by the States. Some States are really addressing the East Coast Gas shortage by issuing new tenements and grants. Qld has pleasantly surprised me. Vic is instituting green bans on the one hand and planning to import foreign gas on the other hand. Clowns !
