Given the seasonality of OCL's business, the trick is to make sure you're comparing the right periods, i.e. 31 Dec 2016 vs 31 Dec 2017. Doing this, the unearned revenue balance has hardly moved - from $17.9m at 31 Dec 2016, to $18.2m at 31 Dec 2017.
