No disrespect to you McCreek, but management of small companies do not have time to hold hands of nervous nellies jumping at shadows because they havent heard something from management for a month or two.
Continuous disclosure requirements obligate companies to make announcements if things have gone awry. If you dont trust a company in this regard, you shouldnt own their shares.
Companies that give more regular positive updates do so because of the same disclosure requirements.
