It does sound like you shouldn't be in this end of the market. All you do is complain and accuse the company of being hopeless or negligent. I think you will be happier when you exit fully , I certainly will be. All statutory disclosure requirements have been met. This is completely normal and quite proper and how the vast majority of small companies operate
