2. i note in the announcement that "ipower has secured formal confirmations of interest". These are not formal contracts.
3. government tariffs are at the mercy of numerous political, economic and temporal forces. A business model ( eg ipowers) based solely on revenue from tariffs over a long period is not inherent and thus a risk to invest in.
