Fishy deal, again you prove my point with unsubstantiated comments. Do you want the IP to the company too? Maybe they designed the blugen on a napkin and aren't telling anyone. Ever heard of confidentiality clauses. Don't like them, don't do business. Look at the way Apple does business.

If you have a problem with the announcement, you don't start throwing false accusations. What you also have done is accused the company of fraud. That is a serious allegation and suggest to retract your post.

Contact the company and ask as to why they have not released further information about the mysterious 3rd party.
