MTC have a stockpile of actual fresh ore with grades up to roughly 11%, just up the road at Rusty Lake, ready to go whenever it can get started. That's the sort of grades in the veins around Cobalt Town, I've seen 15% mentioned in shafts at their projects. Disclosure - I hold stock over there too.
