The way for FCC to earn market respect is by showing a clear pathway to producing and selling Cobalt.
Iron Creek is at least 3 and likely 4 years from first production. It doesn't yet have a JORC compliant resource estimate, so even this is a tight timeframe.
The refinery restart report suggests the refinery could be processing third party concentrate and muck piles (using two existing autoclaves, one never installed) fairly quickly. The 18 months to restart is a relaxed timeframe that begs to be accelerated. Note: reprocessing muck piles will require regrinding.
