As per the notice, non binding, from FCC we'll receive 0.145 shares in the new entity for each share in CO1 we hold.
That was based on FCC being 76? 67? cents Canadian to our 11 cent price at the time.
There won't really be any dilution for us as we CO1 people will hold the majority stake in the new entity.
Long story short- we have a range of cobalt deposits, some being closer to the heat as far as tesla etc go, will have exposure to two stock exchanges which will bring with it a greater opportunity to access finance and of course an increase in the opportunity for more traders to get involved.
We've seen what's happened with ARL over time, in part at least riding the cobalt story and this is even more tied to that story, which is just really starting to gather pace as we speak.
Sentiment: buy more if I could.
