I think the strategy is to build Vardy and Marley Resource ahead of PFS and simultaneously step out along the FRF and begin to prove that resource up.

But if they are doing PFS later this year they won't have enough time (or $$) to drill out the entire FRF to Jorc stage.

I believe it would be strategically sound to get DFS on Vardy &Marley and then do the shallow open cut mine at Vardy while they continue to Jorc up remainder of FRF. Building cash reserve as they go to develop the UG mine component of resource.
