Yesterday I have received Company 'Notice of AGM' on 17 Nov 2016.
Among 7 agendas;
1. Adoption of the Remmuneration Report
2. Re-election of Dr Roger Higgins as Director
3. Approval of 10% placement Facility
4. Issue of options to Mr A Woskett
5. ditto to Dr A Belperio
6. ditto to Dr R Higgins
7. Approval of Employee Option Plan

My understanding is that above all agendas are suggesting that all relevant company personals are going to be positioned
to take best impact on any good future company news/development and indirectly suggesting that company may have
more advanced positive views than us, imo.
