re: Ann: FIRB Confirmation for Hanlong Transa... I have read the SPP from front to back, twice, for that very reason. There is absolutely no mention of them being able to close early what-so-ever. In fact they did mention that once you hand the plan in, regardless of price, you get what you pay for. I will admit I did break out the scotch so my information has been a little 'distorted'.

Also it is VERY nice to see it closed up 21.18% from .940 to 1.030 in the Canadian stock exchange.

I was 'considering' the SPP, but now, I have it locked in my safe!!!!
