    well at least they secured the money.

    however looks like it will be close to 100% NMDC taking unless they announce something else.

    on the plus if no one else takes it up then the dilution is only by half the original and then the remaining tradable shares (as NMDC wont be tading these I assume) will stay the same.

    wont have as much cash. but id rather less dilution.

    actually i'd like them to deliver on something with this money - as opposed to the last 19mill.
