I have looked at Finbar many times. Dipped my toe in at 130 but back out very quickly. I think it is well run etc and directors are buying - a great sign. For me the big questions are along these lines
*How long is property downturn in Perth going to last? Does it await a significant increase in mining investment?
*Then, what is the likelihood of further property write-downs? What if prices keep dropping? (doesn't happen, right?)
*What if interest rates actually rise? And there is a correction on the east coast as well? (Nah, that doesn't happen)
