I will note that FRI shares have resumed the upward march to 90cents that was broken afte rthe ex-dividend. Perhaps we finally have reached a base. If it continues and holds at or above 90 cents I may start topping up as we may finally have seen a bottom reached. Or at least it won't drop another 30-40cents it seems
Althouhg a Euroz justified 93cps price doesn't give much upside from here...
Lot of doom and gloom on news.com.au about the housing market collapsing in '6 weeks' and apartment gluts, and how it will all crash and burn with the thousands of apartments to come onto market.
I reckon most is priced in on the forward looking share market, and if not there will be pain and oversupply of apartments, but I don't think anythhing will ever get into that apocolyptic scenario being thrown around alot. Might be a sign that as times seem the worst for apartment developers, that the smart money may be coming in soon.
