They have a great thing here so I have no doubt they will find funding, but I would say anyone who is keen, would be certainly wanting some serious returns, maybe buying time to get Hazelwood on their knees and lay in the boot. Why not... take advantage of the times being tough to get a really good deal to those who NEED your money - frustrating but I can see they will get a deal done - just not on the terms that we would like being such a grim time for resources
