Proactive broadcasting it..... nope, does not mean anything in my opinion. HAZ have a contract with Proactive which runs for at least a year from signing and Proactive will keep on putting the invoices in. They are there to distribute news and want to point at what they have done when they invoice.

Thats not saying that 'this' time it might not come out with an announcement of substance, but I would attach zero value based on anything proactive have to do with it.

Plenty of sophisticated industry players are looking at the plant. Turn-offs are ownership structure/implied price (price based on HAZ having to pay back debt and justify its market cap if it sold it). Someone will come to the party, and dont be surprised if they are not speaking with the current debt holders. Administration could see it cleanly move to the next owner for example if HAZ management dont 'play ball'. Someone earlier pointed out that HAZ are now in the beggars position. Could not agree more.
