Please excuse my ignorance but isn't the 'registration of security over assets' between EVG and Macquarie, since Macquarie is the lender? that means that they set the conditions precedent on drawing down the loan, and then dont allow them to be fulfilled because htey wont let EVG register the loan against the property?

    Or am i totally off?
