re: Ann: Financing Documentation Finalised fo... Hi guys
If they hedge 50% of their production at $1,200 US and costs are confined to $300-400 US, I could not be happier. EVG will be a very low cost miner and i don't think the market fully appreciates this.
If they lock in their hedges over the next few weeks they should be able to lock in something like $1,200 oz US. As this is roughly what gold futures contracts are selling for going out 2011-2015 at the moment. Earlier feasibility studies were based on a gold price of about $800 US, so I think you will find that we are looking at much higher NPV's than the $78m. Has anyone done any projections on NPV for the project. It is my hope that the EVG will lock in their hedging around $1,200 oz and that gold will keep going up over the next few years. I am hoping that gold will be trading at $1,300 oz US by the end of 2010.
So 7c is very cheap for EVG shares IMO. EVG will be earning more than this per share 7c just from LL by January 2011.
