There will def be a CR in my view. Possibly split between cronimet staying under 19.9% and sophisticated investors. Maybe allowing long suffering investors a nibble at a lower price than market.
but the deal gets across the line and we are producing and selling within 4 months ...is there a reason why we would it be back around 15c like we were three years ago when Mits were involved?
