I agree with a significant re-rating once the cards start to fall as the announcement points to...did you mean 2.5c or 25c? not sure if you missed the decimal...happy to take 25c!! hahaha

I am thinking 2 seats on the board and read the announcement similar to Scottm - 50/50 in the new JV vehicle and up to a 20% equity stake in the german camp.
